Idesco Corp. is looking to hire a Sales Representative. The position is
based in New York City – 37 West 26th Street, New York, NY 10010.
The basic scope of work includes prospecting
and securing new business accounts, establishing and developing business
relationships with customers, and assisting clients in designing the security
system that is right for them.

that that need to control the entry of employees and visitors in and out of
their facilities at all times. You must have a hunter mindset and be very quota
driven. You also need to have previous experience selling complex and expensive
solutions along with an affinity for technology since you will be selling equipment
that integrates with video surveillance, visitor management, and ID systems. If

Essential duties and
responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Prospecting and cold calling Facilities/Property
Managers, Building Owners, Superintendents, Security and IT Directors, as
well as Business Administration staff
Monitor and report all sales
activities via Salesforce.com and Profit 21
Define security gaps during live
presentations and walk-throughs
Put together full scope of work
for qualified prospects
Participate in ongoing sales
Candidates must meet or exceed the following
2 years of experience in sales.
Must possess excellent
verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to
convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas
results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team
High level of integrity
and work ethic.
Be able to neatly
document sales calls and activities.
Experience in the
security industry – experience in access control and CCTV
Proficiency in using
Competitive base salary,

Previous phone and in-person sales
Previous B2B experience closing
