Designed especially to meet Hospitality application needs, the Zebra ZC10L card printer is the only large-format, direct-to-card printer that can produce full, edge-to-edge color PVC cards in one printing process.
The ZC10L is a 300 dpi modified photo printer, so it provides exceptional image quality—especially for background graphics and photos. Users can pair Zebra’s CardStudio™ card design software with the ZC10L’s outstanding photo-quality, color printing to design and produce beautiful cards with rich graphics, crisp text, barcodes and images.
The ZC10L prints PVC cards that are approximately 3.5 x 5.5" (88 mm x 140 mm). This larger format helps customers increase security as the oversized passes and badges are easier to see and read at a distance, giving event staff the ability to quickly identify guests and determine access permission.
As a direct-to-card printer, the ZC10L is easier to relocate than an inkjet printer. Users simply unplug the printer and move it. There is no risk of leaking ink, electrical shock or fire. And, with an all-metal construction, the ZC10L can endure the shocks, bangs and bumps that often occur during shipping.

Renting oversized printers allows you to get the hardware that you need for the duration of your event - you do not have to worry about storing printers at your office or servicing the printers.
Idesco has developed an extensive rental program for all oversized printers. This program includes rentals for the Zebra ZC10L printers. The printers are assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis so reserve your rentals in advance.

From hosting a conference to inviting your clients to a golf outing, companies use events to get their brand front and foremost. Corporate events are a great tool to build unique relationships with your customers while making a lasting impression on them. In addition, have you discovered the benefits of tradeshows? Not only can you test new products at trade shows, but you get access to a large population of your ideal customers which results in a lower cost per sale.
What is the common denominator between all these different types of events? Your attendees, staff and sponsors will all need badges. And as the event planner, you will need an easy way to print these badges on demand. This white paper helps you determine the types of badges you need and the best way to produce them. We will look at customization, efficiency, and convenience when considering an oversized ID card printer for your next event.
