Idesco's Laminated Safety Tags are perhaps the most popular around.
Available in either OSHA and ANSI formats, the tags are encapsulated in 25 mils of rigid pvc. The tags are manufactured with a hard matte finish. So you can use a pencil to mark them , yet have the ability to erase and mark again. Each 3-1/8" x 5-5/8" tags has a standard 3/8" grommet.
