REAL LIFE TAGS

The REAL-LIFE Tag (Q-120) was created with the catch-phrase "My Life Is On The Line", and includes an ID photo to dramatize the reason for complying with safety rules. With the advent of OSHA Lockout:Tagout regulations, the Q1-34 tag was added to provide visual ID of the lockout mechanic.
