Ray O'Connor, CFO
Ray O'Connor, Chief Financial Officer, joined Idesco after more than 15 years of financial experience with such companies as Lipman USA, Polar Electro, and Terk Technologies. Mr. O'Connor holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Long Island University.

David Bowen, VP Sales & Marketing
Dave joined the Idesco family in 2007. He brings to Idesco an extensive background in both sales & marketing. Dave has over 20 years of selling and marketing top brands like Polaroid, Rayban and Godiva Chocolates. In his most recent position, Dave led the sales organization for a Division of the M&M Mars Company in Pennsylvania. Mr. Bowen is a graduate of Rider University in New Jersey.

Andrew Goldstone, Vice President of Strategic Sales
Andrew Goldstone, Vice President of Strategic Sales, has almost 30 years of security industry experience and he's been with Idesco since 1984. He has been involved in some of the most prestigious projects in the world, which include: Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, NYNEX, Fox News, MCI, The Department of Homeland Security, NFL Super Bowl and the US Open. Mr. Goldstone is a graduate of University of Missouri.

Greig Silver, Operations Manager
Greig Silver, Operations Manager, joined Idesco after several years as an independent consultant and project manager specializing in large security installations in Africa.  Since then he has managed several of Idesco’s largest installations including Harper Collins, Equity Office, and multiple projects for NYU.  He has been active in the Security Industry since 1988, and with his experience in system engineering, project management, logistics management, sales support, and security management for an internationally-renowned museum, he provides a broad perspective on the industry.  Mr. Silver is a graduate of the University of Calgary.

Michael Troiani, Service Manager
Michael has been with Idesco for over six years. He began with Idesco as a project manager/ service technician and was promoted to Service Manager in September 2003. The Service Department supports on a yearly basis over 500 clients covering all post installation support and maintenance for all access control systems, CCTV, ID badging and visitor management systems. Prior to joing Idesco, Mr. Troiani was employed by the H.W. Wilson Company for over 5 years, where he was the Manager of the User Service Department.
